Live from Happy Valley, the members of ESPN’s “College GameDay” Crew made their picks, along with celebrity guest picker Keegan-Michael Key, for the winners of some of the top matchups of Week 10. Though they are broadcasting from the site of the biggest matchup of the day, No. 4 Ohio State Buckeyes at No. 3 Penn State Nittany Lions, the crew took on a couple of big-time SEC matchups.
First, the crew took on the No. 19 Ole Miss Rebels on the road against the unranked Arkansas Razorbacks. Overall, the picks were split down the middle, with Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee and Key picking the Rebels. Nick Saban, Lee Corso and Kirk Herbstreit are rolling with Razorbacks as the home team.
Next, picks were made between the No. 10 Texas A&M Aggies and the South Carolina Gamecocks. The panel was not unanimous, but every crew member went with the Aggies with only the guest picker, Key, siding with the hosting Gamecocks in an interesting Week 10 SEC contest.
The SEC has had an interesting season when looked at from a national perspective. Multiple teams within the conference have held the No. 1 spot in the top-25 rankings, but there’s not a single undefeated team out of the 16 programs within the league. Every week in the 2024 season has been exciting, and Week 10 is expected to follow suit.
