Donovan Smith had 260 yards on 24-of-28 passing (85.7%) for the Cougars in that matchup against the Sooners, with one touchdown and one interception. Stacy Sneed took 11 carries for 33 yards (3.0 yards per carry). Joseph Manjack IV had three receptions for 72 yards (24.0 per catch) and one touchdown against the Sooners. E.J. Warner recorded 189 passing yards while going 20-for-30 with two touchdowns and one interception for the Owls against the Tigers. In that matchup, Connors had a nine-carry, 113-yard game (12.6 yards per attempt) with three touchdowns. He tacked on four receptions for 34 yards . Matt Sykes caught two passes on four targets for 47 yards (23.5 yards per reception), and scored one touchdown.
